I wanted to take time to Thank Jim Fullwood salesman and Nick Nickola installer. We purchased flooring in August of 2020. The flooring continued to separate and lift. Jim and Nick worked to try and correct the problems from the original installation. ( another installer did the original) twice they replaced rather large sections of the floors. But the floors continued to not be it right. Jim actually replaced entire flooring with a better floor than i originally had. ( which was good level of floor) They have treated us right and been more than fair in correcting our floors. I cant Thank them enough for everything. Terrific service, installation and price! We went to a couple of other stores and so glad this was our final stop. Nick, our salesman was patient and informative. Measuring was done in time, as well as installation. The install folks were great. Best place for flooring around!

From the time we stepped in the door, to the final install, they treated us with respect and had great knowledge on all carpet styles and types. Nick was the best sales person we've had in a long time. We went to another recommended flooring store and never got the quote. We had Nicks estimate before we got home. Installers were professional, neat and full of care about information for our new carpeting. I highly recommend this company for any flooring needs
