Bradley was awesome. He was friendly and very pleasant to deal with. He explained what needed to be done and the cost of each item. He was professional and efficient. Florida Plumbing Service Is now MY PLUMBER! And the final “test” was that my two 50 pound dogs liked him. And if the dogs like them, I know I can trust them!!! 😁 🐾🐾
Bradley answered our emergency call immediately, despite the time and on a weekend. He helped ensure we were in a good position to wait till the morning for the actual job to take place. He kept constant communication to let us know when he was coming, and continued to follow up when the service was completed. Overall, we had a great experience and received a qualify product to replace our old water heater.
