Lorelei Natural Beauty & Wellness is a peaceful retreat offering a variety of services. The relaxation room is perfect for some quality "me" time. Beancca, a hair stylist, is highly recommended for her professional and pleasant demeanor, providing a fantastic haircut experience, including a massage while washing hair. Kendra is an exceptional prenatal massage therapist, catering to individual needs and comfort levels. The spa offers pleasant and friendly service, with facilities including a clean and aromatic space. Although the spa experience is wonderful, some improvements could be made, such as providing access to amenities like a steam room, sauna, or rooftop pool, as well as a locker room for freshening up after services. Prices are on the higher side, reflecting the luxury positioning of the resort. Nonetheless, Lorelei Natural Beauty & Wellness provides a relaxing and enjoyable experience, ideal for pampering oneself or others.
One of the best massages I’ve ever had.. Kandace was amazing! Perfect pressure and very friendly. Kyla at the front desk was also super sweet! My husband and I loved it here. Can’t wait to go back!
Trisha did my facial for the second time, and my skin has never looked better! She is caring, knowledgeable, and incredibly skilled. Her facial massage is so relaxing and therapeutic that I wish I could bottle her up and take her home. She takes the time to understand my skin’s needs and always makes me feel comfortable and cared for. I highly recommend Trisha to anyone looking for exceptional skincare and a wonderful experience. The desk staff especially Vanessa - as well with follow up and a relaxing lounge and adult beverage and snacks - I am in heaven
Everything About this SPA is exactly what it should be, from the hospitable staff, to the aura, to the neat & professional clean presentation.. Deb & Kyla were the best receptionist ever.. We were supposed to be service the first day of our trip but the site that hosted the voucher didn't specify if we should make an appointment but they no problem making us the 1st couple massage for the next day.. Victoria was my husband's masseuse & Jason was my massuer.. They both did a phenomenal job.. We can't wait to return..
