I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Soulshine! Nicole did my tragus and conch, and she was amazing. So gentle, precise, and easy to talk to. The whole process was quick and barely painful, and I LOVE how they turned out. Alexis was also incredible and helped me pick out jewelry. She showed me different options, gave great suggestions, and even held them up so I could see exactly how they’d look. That really stood out to me. The shop is beautiful, super clean, and has such a chill, welcoming vibe. It just feels like a really positive space from the moment you walk in. Nicole also made me feel really supported from the start by recommending free follow up visits about once a month for the first couple of months, or anytime I had questions or concerns. What really impressed me was the aftercare. While I was on vacation, I had some irritation and dryness and Nicole took the time to look at a photo and guide me right away. She reassured me and invited me to come in for a free follow up when I got back. I went in for that follow up, and she was just as gentle and thorough, making sure everything was healing well, which it is. I’ve already recommended her to several people and would absolutely go back. I even took my mom in to have her piercings reopened, and Nicole made it such a smooth, comfortable experience for her too. She explained everything, helped her choose jewelry, and made sure she felt at ease the whole time. Highly recommend!
Jule fit us in last minute and still delivered an experience that felt thoughtful and unrushed. He went above and beyond, and his talent and customer service were outstanding.
