From the very beginning, Angela made the entire process incredibly easy. She efficiently scheduled Dane to come inspect an issue with our air conditioner and provided us with a clear timeframe for his arrival. After Lee’s Heating & Cooling told us our AC was working properly, despite our thermostat reading 80–83 degrees, we decided to get a second opinion. I’m so glad we called Avalon Air Heating & Cooling! Ms. Angela was polite and fit us in last minute. Dane and his coworker quickly found a clogged drain, cleared it, checked the refrigerant levels, and verified the system was operating properly. Our air conditioner was going out I called Avalon per my daughter in law because She uses them, a technician named Brady came out and said it was going out we asked for a quote and we got one the next day and we had to stay out of the house since it was too hot, Brady brought a temporary motor over and we were able to go home. The next day bright and early Avalon was here to replace my ac unit and the price was very reasonable being I live on a fixed income, Hunter, Ryan, and Shepherd did the install and were very professional, communication was great they put mats on the floor, and left everything clean I recommend Avalon Air Heating and Cooling.
