We have used Family Heating and A/C Both in Alabama and Mississippi And have found all of their people to be professional and courteous, from the dispatcher to the technicians. they all seem competent as well. this is the first time they were dispatched through our home warranty companthony. And as usual, the technicians were very courteous and I was even able to get service the next day. Which is very rare from a home warranty company. They seem to do very thorough work and explain everything completely. I definitely would recommend them. the 2 I just had come out to my condo and Mississippi were excellent.

We had FH&A servicing our units for more years than I can recall. Every technician who’s come here has always been very courteous and professional. They always give us thorough feedback on what they did and what to watch out for. Excellent techs.

Family Heating and Air were quick to respond to my call regarding my gas furnace working properly. They were able to get me fixed up in no time and they also took the time to explain to me exactly how the furnace operates and showed me exactly what they did to fix the problem.My technician, Fionn Brown and his partner were very friendly, respectful, and thorough throughout the visit.
