“Wiley Services deserves a lot of credit for doing the right thing. Due to an oversight years ago by a now former employee, my condenser wasn't properly registered for an extended warranty. When the issue was recently discovered, Scott Wiley tracked down the problem, admitted the error, and stood behind the product, eating the cost of the replacement part. He could have told me to pound sand and I would have been SOL. But he doesn't operate like that. I doubt it would have even crossed his mind. Scott is an honest tradesman. There aren't as many of those around as there ought to be these days.“
