“I came home from work with my a/c not cooling my house and called Comfort Services number at 9pm and left a voicemail for them to call back the next day. But within 5 minutes of calling, Sam called me back saying he would head my way immediately. He arrived around 11pm and got to work figuring out the problem. Within 15 minutes he found it was a defective part in my indoor unit leaking refrigerant. Although he couldnt immediately fix the issue, he took a video (my unit is still under warranty) and stated he'd call as soon as the distributor opened up the following day. The next day Stan worked with the supplier to get the part i needed overnighted. Notified me once it came in and Sam came out the next day to get everything replaced and recharged just in time for a holiday weekend. Can not thank them enough.”
