We have been with Economy since we moved here in 2010! They are above the rest with quality, pricing, engineering, and customer service. Dustin the owner is just an outstanding guy and the rest of his crew all the way to the office staff are such a pleasure working with. Andrea is always there to help with my needs. They have not only came to our rescue many times over the years and replaced 2 condensers & 2 handlers... his crew has re-engineered our whole HVAC system for our newly remodeled home, which has made us more efficient and climate controlled - not to mention much more aesthetically pleasing. A few days after Christmas my dryer stopped heating. I made an appointment with economy to have someone come out and take a look at the dryer. Andrea was able to get a technician out to me that day. The technician, Mike, was super friendly and professional. He diagnosed the issue as my heating element was broken and needed replaced. We went ahead and ordered the part and Mike told me the part should be in about 2-3 days. The very next morning Mike called to tell me the part was in and that he could be at my home within the hour to replace the part. My family was experiencing a major appliance emergency on Christmas Eve. After several calls to other companies, I finally reached a lovely dispatcher who took down all of our information and told us a technician would be in contact shortly. The technician, Wes, was friendly, thorough, and wanted to help. He also did not rush the job even though it was the evening before a major holiday - He stayed until the job was done. I will definitely use them again and refer them to others.
