They're a family-owned and operated operation out of Fairhope that was founded by Glenn Geddes in 1999. When I called them up it was Glenn that came out to give us an estimate. He was very friendly and professional explaining all the options and then walking us through the whole process. We signed the deal and the timeline went smoothly. The only hiccup was the wrong concrete slab was installed but when we pointed out they promptly came out to correct the issue to our satisfaction. The service tech came out afterward to inspect everything and everything went smoothly. This week one of our old ducts had a leak, not their fault, and they came out, the same day, after our call, and the service tech "Jase" did a great job going above and beyond to fix our issue. They're the home of $25 service calls and an automatic 3 year warranty on all their work. Bottom line: Good job, good people, highly recommended!“
