My parents condo A/C went out. Their property management team called a relatively new A/C company out who told them the unit needed replacing and quoted them $9000. Energy systems came out and found the drain line double-trapping. The tech fixed the issue and got the A/C up and running in time for new renters to come in and saved them thousands.
