My ac went out last night. I left an email on Diamond's website and then called when they opened at 7. Found out they had already assigned the call and the technician was on his way! Service and maintenance were all completed by 9 am. I'm very happy and relieved!
Excellent experience with Diamond Air Design and their technician Louis. Great communication when scheduling. Immediately placed on schedule within a couple of days. Louis showed up right on time and efficiently serviced our system. Great job explaining everything. The proposal for future work was very reasonable compared to other companies we have worked with in the past. 10/10 for Diamond Air Design and their technician Louis!
Didn’t feel right about a quote received on our broken air conditioning unit and called Diamond Air Design for a second opinion, they saved us hundreds, had the part in stock, and fixed it the next day! Be cautious when choosing an HVAC company, especially if you have an elderly family member.
