“Mr Turner installed a de-humidifier system, utilizing the fan system for my central A/C back in Mar 2021. We checked it out and it appeared to be working fine. I didn't use the de-humidifier until Dec '21 and found that it was running the A/C compressor, which it wasn't supposed to do. After contacting him he came out as soon as possible to check things out. After trying several possible solutions, over a couple of months, he finally found that the HVAC thermostat was causing the problem and replaced it at no charge to me. He did an excellent job and I am totally satisfied with the work performed. Highly Recommend Turner Heating & Air!“

“My AC quit in the afternoon in August. I discovered it that evening as I was getting ready for bed I reached out to Baileys on their web site early in the morning. They called me back by 7:30am and had a tech here by 8:10am. AC up and running by 8:20amCouldn't ask for any more from a business. The part was under warranty and they are sending me a bill for the call. Recommend highly“

“Our a.c.went out during a storm and on the weekend. Mr. King answered and even though he couldn’t come out that day, he tried multiple ways to help me fix it over the phone. It wasn’t anything we could do, but they came out the very first thing the next morning. Lightning had taken out a part that needed to be ordered. They fixed it so it would run, but were going to set us up with window air units if not. It was all during a heat wave. I appreciate them calling us multiple times updating, showing up promptly, no unnecessary work, and great overall. Thank you to your family run business for your kind and professional service!“

“After leaving a poor review one of their managers reached out to me and offered to make things right. They sent a team to inspect my system thoroughly and make sure everything was working properly. I’m still not 100% convinced with the system as it does still feel a littl warm sometimes, but I don’t think it’s entirely their fault. It is a new construction home and I feel like it may be poorly insulated which makes a difference in the temperature. I wanted to update it and be fair, because they did try and make things right for me.“
