This company has gone above and beyond to get down to the bottom of a 2 year long battle with our HVAC system leaking. Eric was amazing and explained everything. He was also very thorough in the inspection process to find the source of the problem. I cannot recommend enough. The office staff was also very awesome and listened to every frustration I had with this HVAC system and still had a positive response. They were very quick with the appointment schedule and also made me the first appointment of the day. Thank you to white sands heating and cooling.

Eric Valin was very knowledgeable and professional. The person who answers the phone and sets up the appointments also has Excellent Customer Service! She has a very caring disposition and kept me updated every single step of the way. He fixed our issue very quickly and I would definitely recommend White Sands and Technician Eric to my family and friends.

Starting with the young lady answering the phone/dispatch. I initially left a message. Within a few minutes she returned my call. She was courteous, professional, good humored, and relayed what I told her to the tech. The technician, Scot, showed up well within the time frame dispatch had given me. As well, Scot was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, good humored, and patient in solving the issue. The whole experience, beginning to end, was a pleasure. It's encouraging to know there is still a business/company out there that offers professionalism combined with an excellent customer experience.Michael
