“Our cottage (we named Casa Sea Zen) had an old heat and air conditioning system when we bought it years ago. We were only using it for long weekends before retiring here and now we have it for family and friends when they come for a visit to paradise. So last year we updated Casa with a nice new energy-efficient unit and it makes a big difference, much cooler and quieter. When it was time to shop around I checked Yelp, of course, and asked around for a good AC shop. I landed on Service Air Eastern Shore because there were good reports all around, and I'm glad I did, they have been great! They're a family-owned and operated operation out of Fairhope that was founded by Glenn Geddes in 1999. When I called them up it was Glenn that came out to give us an estimate. He was very friendly and professional explaining all the options and then walking us through the whole process. We signed the deal and the timeline went smoothly. The only hiccup was the wrong concrete slab was installed but when we pointed out they promptly came out to correct the issue to our satisfaction. The service tech came out afterward to inspect everything and everything went smoothly. This week one of our old ducts had a leak, not their fault, and they came out, the same day, after our call, and the service tech "Jase" did a great job going above and beyond to fix our issue. They're the home of $25 service calls and an automatic 3 year warranty on all their work. Bottom line: Good job, good people, highly recommended!“

“Cory Newell was a wonderful repairman! You need to give him a raise. Your companies Sears Mobile Repair and American Home Shield sucks. These two companies have no idea what they are doing! In the process of not being able to talk to a human being the customer gets screwed! I am disabled and stress causes me to be sicker. With the confusion between Sears and AHS I have gotten very ill! I told Cory it was not his fault. I pray I never have to use either of these companies again! ?????“

“Nick installed a new AC/Heat Pump at our home back in February after determining and showing us our existing unit was not worth repairing. He installed a 3 ton Bosch unit to replace a 2.5 ton unit that was not cooling or heating our home efficiently. The Bosch unit that Nick recommended is absolutely fantastic. It is super quiet, and even with the temperatures being in the 90’s, it cools quickly and holds the temperature. Each of our monthly electric bills has been at least $50 cheaper since the installation. We really could not be happier. Now about Nick- I am one of those people that is very particular about who works on my “stuff”, and hate to have to call repair technicians for fear of getting ripped off. I will tell you without any doubt that Nick will be the only one that ever works on my HVAC system again. He is a total professional, takes the time to show and explain what’s going on, and has even called and come back on two occasions since the install just to check and make sure everything was to my satisfaction. He provided me several options for replacement units before I ultimately took his recommendation to go with the Bosch. If you are having AC or heating concerns, speak with Nick- you will quickly see that he is the guy you hoped you would find; straightforward, hard working, and a guy of integrity. His prices are fair, and his quality of work is simply outstanding.“
