“Servicing our AC twice a year is something we have been doing for last 30years. We have never had a company or service tech as professional and knowledgeable as United and Charlie the tech.
Charlie is prompt and meticulous and knows everything about my inside AC unit and Garage unit which United installed for us.
I actually called United while I was away for 3 months because there was a problem in my garage and Kristen who answers the phone took care of my problem the next day. I let the tech into my garage remotely and he fixed the issue.

“During the recent cold weather here, I discovered that the heat pump condenser outside was not defrosting, so I called A-1. The lady who answered (as I found out later, is the owner Joe's wife) was very kind and seemed genuinely concerned. She immediately told me that Joe could come out in a couple of hours. He called me on his way, and showed up when promised. Joe determined that the problem was a bad circuit board, but did not have that one with him. (our system is an older Rheem) He told me he would pick one up at his supplier, and bring it out the following day. (I did have heat, it was not an emergency!)
Joe did the repair and tested everything. He also flushed out the condensate line as a courtesy. Joe and his wife are honest, fair and professional, very nice people! My bill was reasonable and we are very happy with A-1! When we need a new system, we won't hesitate to call A-1 Quality Cooling and Heating!“

“A Great business that is honest and competent! A huge Thank You to Mike for being the best person I’ve have had the pleasure of meeting! I just experienced one of the most predatory things I’ve ever went through! Please be cognizant of businesses out there that are out to take advantage of you in your most vulnerable state. I had an issue where my AC went out yesterday and it was after hours so I contacted AND Services and they said that they would come out later and they couldn’t make it afterwards so they scheduled me for the next day. They came out and quoted me $7,600 to fix the problem and they were astronomically way off the mark! I spoke with a Lovely woman Dela from Hott Sun (I think that’s her name) and she was very helpful despite telling her I already had AND Services coming out to service the HVAC system. Once I noticed that the other business was being shady I called Hott Sun back and she dispatched Mike out and he was at my home within an hour and was able to get the job done within a half hour. He just looked at the issue and told me he didn’t think that there was nothing there to justify the price that AND services were quoting me. He replaced the capacitor and ran a thorough inspection and diagnostic and the issue was fixed. I was charged $153 for everything (I did have warranty coverage as well). Sometimes it’s just best to wait until you can have a reputable business come out and do the job right. I wish I had just been a little more patient and I could have avoided the hassle and stress that I experienced with the other company that I went through. I highly recommend Hott Sun AC! Hott Sun AC has a great asset with having Mike as an employee! I couldn’t be more blessed with having the privilege of having Hott Sun AC help me out. Thank You very much!“

I called Ocala Heating and Air on 08/31 after getting home from being in the hospital for 4 days and the AC wasn’t cooling. I immediately called OHA and they had Eddie on call. He was at my home relatively quickly (20 minutes plus or minus) identified the problem and fixed it. This was important due to my husband working the next day and needing a good nights sleep after taking care of me. Thank you Eddie for your quick response, identifying and solving the problem!

I was referred to Ocala Heating and Air by another very reputable AC company. They were unable to meet my emergent needs due to no fault of their own, so they said, Hey, call Ocala Heating and Air. After a very dry night, master plumber ALEXANDER ANOCETO was at my door at 8:04 am and got right to work diagnosing the problem.
