“I have had DeSantis AC and Heating take care of my unit since 2014. In 2015, Frank DeSantis came out and together, we decided on the proper size unit for my mobile home. Here it is, 2026 and it still doing well because I get it checked twice a year. You can't expect something mechanical to work properly for ever without proper maintenance. DeSantis AC and Heating may be expensive; but, you get what you pay for. If you want it done right, the first time, ask for DeSantis!“

“First off these people actually care and if you have a plumbing or mechanical need, USE THEM! So we're opening an RV and Boat Storage facility in Coleman and Nash really saved our hide. Alex was able to fix a venting issue without completely having to redo the plumbing under our anchored office building, something other plumbers could not figure out. Michelle worked for hours trying to find the only ADA sinks in the country that would work for our bathroom because of the specific dimensions and she got them in record time and then Alex of course installed them post haste.
