We have had concerns with our HVAC system since purchasing our home in 2023. Over the past few months, those concerns became more serious when visible mold began developing on the plenums of both our 4-ton and 1.5-ton Lennox systems.

I first contacted Sun Kool because they installed the HVAC system. While their technicians inspected the system, they were unable to identify the cause of the mold or recommend a clear plan to correct the problem.

He explained… read full review

I hired George, owner of Florida HVAC systems, to do a leak test on the air ducts in my new house. George and his team did a great job…running a battery of tests and quickly fixing a few trouble spots. As a new homeowner, I was grateful for the time he took to teach me about my new-to-me HVAC system and how it all worked together…typical components, ducting, and special challenges for my particular house. No upselling, just practical ideas for the system that I got with the house. A lot of HVAC contractors are single focused, compressor broken…must replace. George is more holistic in his approach, pairing the right hardware with the existing framework of the house… read full review
