Meticulous examination revealed a failed level switch, burned out contactor, and failing capacitor, not pointed out by previous contractors. Their guy even found a glitch in a Honeywell Smart Thermostat to fix. While the bill was bigger than expected, the system is now fault free. This company is thoroughly recommended. The cooling effect on a lanai was not as represented, and the crew was unprepared to finish the whole job in one day, requiring three trips.
Professional and reliable company. We called them for the yearly pre-summertime maintenance. Dorian, the technician, was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the maintenance work that was performed and provided a clear overview of the condition of our entire A/C system.

I have a Mini Split in my Lanai since 2021 and it had a vertical pump to discard the water. I wanted to have the electric pump removed and convert it to drain by gravity, I contacted several contractors and told from not allowed to not sure if it would work to a estimate that was costly. Then I contacted John's AC in Ocale and they went a young man out to evaluate and had the common sense to think outside of the box, gave me a reasonable estimate and I told them to go ahead. So today two young men within 2 hours converted the drain system to gravity and I will not have to worry about the pump not working and flooding the lanai.

John's AC installed our man cave split-system in 2023 & the install was fast & honest at a fair price by qualified techs. Regular annual routine maintenance has been well done by competent, friendly John's AC techs who are ALWAYS on time for appointments!
