“James came to service my unit as part of my service agreement. As usual he was thorough and professional and he noticed water collecting in the pan under my water heater which I had not noticed. He suctioned the water out for me and because of his observation I was alerted to contact a plumber before the situation became an emergency. His observation and kindness is honorable and I am so grateful to him and Romeo and will continue using their services for as long as I live in Naples.“
