I go to this studio for Zouk classes taught by Gustavo, who has won many awards for Zouk dancing. I've been to 5 classes by now and really enjoy the lessons and practice. Gustavo is very patient, understanding, and not judgmental. I really respond well to the way he teaches because he's calm and passionate, and makes sure that we understand. If we don't understand, he's happy to show the steps and moves again. He uses different analogies and examples to help us comprehend. For instance, he uses an example of pushing a shopping cart in a grocery store to help us understand and work on our frame.

Ocean Life Studio is a boutique fitness and wellness studio. Our mission is to provide health and happiness to the Miami Beach community and beyond by offering a unique combination of fitness and movement based classes alongside health specialty services. Our members will have access to manage specific health concerns in a private clinical setting, while utilizing exercise and movement as a prescription towards achieving and sustaining optimal health. We offer Fitness classes like Capoeira, Zumba, Fit Fusion Yoga and Prenatal Yoga as well as Wellness services like Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, and IV Therapy.
