Extraordinary hot yoga studio. You learn a lot. Instructors patiently explain every step. Hot yoga has many benefits and this studio really has it all. I really recommend anyone to give a try and you will love it.

Sunshine Hot Yoga is an amazing yoga studio! I’ve been wanting to write a meaningful review, as they are a business that deserves a Five star rating. I’ve been practicing here for the last seven months on a very consistent basis (at least 5-6 classes a week), and it has been a very positive, transformative, and revitalizing experience. I was a yogi with several years of practice and yoga teaching experience, but neglected my practice during COVID lockdowns, living in DC. Since moving back to Florida this past summer and wanting to get back into yoga I researched Yoga centers in my area and I noticed that Sunshine Hot Yoga had been open for the last 12 years. Never imagined I was going to enjoy the practice of yoga! Far less hot yoga. Because: Miami.So let's review in three word sentences:Sunshine Hot Yoga.In the heat.I was wrong.It is fab.That is all.
