After several years of companies being dishonest and trying to charge for new parts instead of repairing my unit, I found Anchored A/C and have been so happy with their honesty and genuine concern for me as their customer. Brian is the ONLY service tech I trust. He is absolutely AMAZING! He even went above and beyond last year to "band-aid" my elderly father's unit to get him through the scorching summer! My unit stopped working last weekend while I was out of town and I left a message Sunday night and first thing Monday morning, Brian got me on the schedule for 11am.....He showed up at 11:05 and got the unit fixed and back up within 30 min....That's customer commitment at its finest.
