I called yesterday to make an appointment to have my elderly mom’s unit looked at because the temperature wouldn’t go below 80 in her home. We set up an appointment for the next day to have it serviced and to be put on a “Planned Maintenance Agreement “. Ken arrived on time and checked her outdoor unit and fan coil inside of her home.
