The Tech Seth @ Apex was very thorough when he explained that I did not need a new compressor or AC unit. I was so relieved because the other company wanted 6700 cash. That was a red flag that I needed a 2nd opinion - So glad I did ..So happy Seth was very knowledgeable and thorough in regard to his diagnosis/recommendation. The part was very reasonable and a few hundred dollars. The AC is working great!

After several years of companies being dishonest and trying to charge for new parts instead of repairing my unit, I found Anchored A/C and have been so happy with their honesty and genuine concern for me as their customer. Brian is the ONLY service tech I trust. He is absolutely AMAZING! He even went above and beyond last year to "band-aid" my elderly father's unit to get him through the scorching summer! My unit stopped working last weekend while I was out of town and I left a message Sunday night and first thing Monday morning, Brian got me on the schedule for 11am.....He showed up at 11:05 and got the unit fixed and back up within 30 min....That's customer commitment at its finest. “Felix was the only guy who didn’t try to upsell me a complete ac unit about 18 months ago. He fixed my problem and now he comes twice a year and takes care of my ac. He also explained to me about my system and how the parts should be replaced before a break down. My unit is about 8 years old so it’s time to replace the fan and we got that scheduled to be replaced next month. I recommend Felix and his company to anyone in need of a good honest ac company. My ac had stopped working on Friday night, put a request for service and Jim responded and came very early the next morning! Advised me on the issue with my ac. Then came back the following day to put a temporary fix on the unit so it could keep the place cool until the new ac unit arrives. Monday morning i receive a text from Jim&Jon advising me that they will be here within the next 30 minutes to install the new unit. I had thought this will be an all day job but nope they were done around 1:30ish. I was shocked and amazed on their performance!
