Very professional and courteous. Vipal communicated all issues with AC unit, diagnosed and fixed in a timely fashion. Ended up being a little more costly but also from my understanding it was within reason, everything simply costs more these days. I did go with the return routine service visits. The one thing you do not want to have happen is to lose AC for too long in Florida heat. Thank you.
