David found the issue and fixed it immediately.
Also he gave me some options to make the life of my unit longer with clear explanation. I hope my 12 years old unit will last couple more years with this fix and prevention work.

Have been dealing with Snowbird for a while now and have had a great experience so far. Been through all the other big name companies just to be burned in the end. Since I found Snowbird I've had no problems. Highly recommend!
