Last fall my pool heater wasn’t working. I called Luis and he came out. I live in Sebring so it is quite a drive from Auburndale. He was efficient and friendly. He went and got the part which was under warranty and his price was reasonable for such a long trip.

My rental property’s AC was broken when I was traveling in Europe this summer. The management company has two existing vendors but their quotes are expensive. Under my request, my management company reached out to several other companies and I decided to use this vendor because my communication with Luis was smooth. He’s helpful giving me three products to choose from and their price is much reasonable. My decision is right. They installed AC and sent me the photos. They really did a good job.
