“I called Apex after being referred by Chat GPT and after being told that the compressor in my AC had gone out and that I needed a new AC unit. The Tech Seth @ Apex was very thorough when he explained that I did not need a new compressor or AC unit. I was so relieved because the other company wanted 6700 cash. That was a red flag that I needed a 2nd opinion - So glad I did ..So happy Seth was very knowledgeable and thorough in regard to his diagnosis/recommendation. The part was very reasonable and a few hundred dollars. The AC is working great!

“A friend of mine recommended Absolute Temperature Controls and I am so happy I went with them. My AC had gone out this morning and we are under a heat advisory. Needless to say it was getting hot in the house fast and they came out and fixed the issue very quickly! Did not try any tacky up sale tactics, was very honest and got to the root of the problem almost immediately. My AC is working perfectly now and I will definitely be using them in the future. “If i can give them 10 stars i will but its only allowing me to do five stars. Jim&Jon is so professional, caring, and quick with responding to my request. My ac had stopped working on Friday night, put a request for service and Jim responded and came very early the next morning! Advised me on the issue with my ac. Then came back the following day to put a temporary fix on the unit so it could keep the place cool until the new ac unit arrives. Monday morning i receive a text from Jim&Jon advising me that they will be here within the next 30 minutes to install the new unit. I had thought this will be an all day job but nope they were done around 1:30ish. I was shocked and amazed on their performance! I definitely recommend Jim&Jon to anyone who is experiencing any problems with their ac.
