He also explained to me about my system and how the parts should be replaced before a break down. “If i can give them 10 stars i will but its only allowing me to do five stars. Jim&Jon is so professional, caring, and quick with responding to my request. My ac had stopped working on Friday night, put a request for service and Jim responded and came very early the next morning! Advised me on the issue with my ac. Then came back the following day to put a temporary fix on the unit so it could keep the place cool until the new ac unit arrives. Monday morning i receive a text from Jim&Jon advising me that they will be here within the next 30 minutes to install the new unit. I had thought this will be an all day job but nope they were done around 1:30ish. I was shocked and amazed on their performance! I definitely recommend Jim&Jon to anyone who is experiencing any problems with their ac.
