“My unit is only 6 months installed and is working as brand new, as I informed the scheduler upon okaying this performance check up. Dylan, arrived as expected. He answered all my questions as an experienced A/C technician. He was congenial and earned my trust in his knowledge and understanding of my New Goodman A/C system. The drain line was not cleaned on the outside unit, at this time. I do not have an an exterior electrical outlet. for my next appt in Oct, an electrical, extention cord can be arrananged to go through my guest bedroom window wiithin direct range of the outside system. In this service a professional drain cheaner was used to insure fluidity for a clean drain on the inside. I was advised use vingar or bleach once per month to insure drain performance.
My concern perhaps is the possibility of clean sweeping of my air ducts. without having to replace. Im told the significant risk is the tearing perhaps in the sweaping that would cause A/C & Heating leakage raising electric costs. Surprisingly, my inside dust filter on the inside unit not changed since installation October 2025, did not have a spot of dust on it.“
