Best A/C company I have ever used. After several years of companies being dishonest and trying to charge for new parts instead of repairing my unit, I found Anchored A/C and have been so happy with their honesty and genuine concern for me as their customer. Brian is the ONLY service tech I trust. He is absolutely AMAZING! He even went above and beyond last year to "band-aid" my elderly father's unit to get him through the scorching summer! My unit stopped working last weekend while I was out of town and I left a message Sunday night and first thing Monday morning, Brian got me on the schedule for 11am.....He showed up at 11:05 and got the unit fixed and back up...read full review
Anchored AC came out the same day when our system went down mid July! Our technician Brian, was very knowledgeable and personable. They were even able to get the part we needed by the next day. Thank you Anchored!
I called Anchored AC at 8:01 on this Monday morning. I did not speak with anyone but left a message. At 8:09 I received a text and an email saying Brian Higbee is scheduled to be here between 10-12 am Today. I also received a text when Brian was in route. So here I sit with a working AC unit at 11:00 am. I can't say what time exactly Brian arrived because in FL. with a broken AC you're just so happy to see the AC man. It was only a capacitor that was bad, but Brian got us up an running in no time. Their protocol with the emails and text are awesome keeping you informed. Great owner, great technicians and a great company. I highly recommend Anchored Ac, awesome all around.
