As always, they’re polite & professional. They document their work and answer questions in a pleasant manner. I appreciate the text message and phone call before arrival so I can be there on time as well.They truly care about their work, and the service they provide to their clients.
I'm very happy for the service that I received today. I'm a new member of their maintenance club and today was my first maintenence.The technician, Mr. Marcus, arrived on time, he was extremely professional and very knowledgeable of his work. He checked and double checked all his work to make sure that everything was running at optimal conditions. He also gave me a few recommendations about how to make a few upgrades on the system to keep it in good shape. It was a great experience to have been serviced by Freedom AC.Thank you!
