We had a new AC unit installed today at our workplace by Jaime Lira and Juan Carlos Sánchez, and I want to thank them for a job well done.
While the installation took a bit longer than originally anticipated, that’s not unusual with this type of work—there’s always the unforeseen. What stood out was how Jaime and Juan Carlos handled everything. They were attentive, answered my questions, kept me informed throughout the process, cleaned up after themselves, and were friendly and professional the entire time.
They clearly knew what they were doing, and it showed in their work.
