Emily is amazing. I had my first appointment with her a few weeks back and it won’t be my last. She was detailed, took her time and is such a pleasant person. I needed a color to match my toes and since it wasn’t in stock she “created” the color by mixing other nail polishes and made a nearly perfect match. I made an appointment with Maiia looking for a new nail tech that could do a good, clean, Russian manicure at a reasonable price that could last a month. And I’m kind of particular about cleanliness and energy. To my happy surprise, she is both sweet and talented!! Maiia had to clean up a big mess because my nails were different lengths since it had been a while because my lash tech moved out of Florida. She meticulously gently cleaned my cuticles, shortened all my nails, and gave me the cleanest and my favorite white French manicure ?! Also, the whole vibe of Wave was comfortable and accommodating- I had to bring my son with me and they were very nice to him. I’m happy I found Malia as my new nail tech and I will definitely book a facial soon with Anna, the owner.

I decided that I wanted to get some things waxed before heading to Brazil (mankini, culo, stomach) and found this little spot. This was my first time EVER getting anything waxed. Upon arriving I was greeted warmly, and informed that they don’t do male Brazilian wax’s on men (which I COMPLETELY understood) so I got my stomach and a little of my chest done. The pain was bad, but not as bad as I thought it would be. I attribute this to Sylvia’s technique, skill and care. I IMMEDIATELY felt comfortable in her hands and I couldn’t have asked for a better first time experience. I even purchased some of her oils, because I knew she had a quality product. Came to wholesale flooring depot on a Saturday afternoon a couple of weeks ago ago. Greg immediately greeted us upon arriving and asked what he could help us with. I explained to him that I’m looking for a polished wood look porcelain tile, but was skeptical as after going to a few other places and calling a manufacturer myself - I had been informed that this type of tile had been discontinued by pretty much all manufacturers who made it. You can find some online but when you call they don’t really have it, and I went to about four other tile stores. Greg brought me into the showroom, right to one of the tiles I was looking at online. He called the dealer to make sure it was still available and unfortunately he did not answer but first thing Monday morning Greg confirmed he can get what I thought would be impossible and at a good price, but only 900sqft left so he brought it into his warehouse to make sure it doesn’t get sold to anyone else except me!!!

My cat started feeling unwell after a food change and had been vomiting for three days. I was extremely worried and stressed. I chose this clinic simply because it was the closest one on Google Maps — and I’m really glad I did.
I called around 10 a.m., and they offered me an appointment for 11 a.m. the same day. When I arrived, I was greeted by a polite and kind receptionist. The doctor’s visit followed shortly after.
The doctor was assisted by one staff member, and both of them were very professional, calm, and clear in their communication. It truly felt like they had a lot of experience. Everyone in the clinic was so kind and respectful that my stress level gradually went down.
During invasive procedures my cat, who has a very strong personality, was understandably nervous and growling. However, the staff handled her confidently and carefully.
I was given clear and detailed recommendations, and at no point did I feel like they were trying to push unnecessary tests or charges. Everything felt honest and appropriate.

I took my Yorkie to them and Michelle groomed him with care and love and he was matted and I’m sure he was hard to groom but she is truly the best I have tried different groomers I saw in them not a phony sense of caring they really do care I will keep taking Winston to her she is excellent if you care for your animal I would take them to her you will see what I saw they are gentle and kind place is not fancy but as long as they do a excellent job and are kind that’s what matters
We got our butts kicked (in the best way) for a bachelorette party while staying at the Diplomat hotel. The team at CFT was so friendly and welcoming, we had a blast!
This path made it possible for me to realize that I was dealing with a major issue of Anxiety, which affected me not only emotionally but also impacted my body with serious health issues. And it was until now that I was able to recognize how vulnerable we can feel, and be affected by issues that we do not have the capacity to recognize, and take charge in a healthier way. Here I found My anxiety, you can see it in another way, I was able to understand why it was present and I learned that there are ways to take charge and achieve greater well-being in my life.

I took my Balanced Body Teacher Training from Kerry & Patti, as well as Private Classes from Kerry and group classes Mat Classes from Patti. I Highly recommend them both! I am now. Nationally Certified Pilates Instructor under their education, support, and encouragement.
My wife and I have been with Wendy for more than a decade. She’s an amazing trainer and Pilates instructor. Even in group classes she individualizes for each student. We travel 45 minutes to get to each class, and though there are many studios closer, we don’t ever plan to leave True Balance.
i love this studio. if you haven’t already tried her class, i highly recommend noelle. she started yoga sundays and it’s become my favorite way to reset my mind and body before a week full of movement and activity. also, her heated mat pilates classes are amazing. i’ve tried a lot of instructors, but i find myself gravitating toward hers because it’s the kind of soft, healing, yet challenging environment i’ve really been needing.
i lift at the gym and have always focused more on strength than breath work or stretching, but pilates + yoga have shown me how important both really are. i’ve noticed such a difference in my body, mobility, and overall strength since incorporating them into my routine.

Not only is this the best massage in South Florida, it's one of rhe best massages I have ever had PERIOD (and as someone with chronic pain I have had many of them). Deep tissue, aromatherapy, hot stone, pressure points, *and* assisted stretching, whatttt! It was not only calming and relaxing but she alleviated my pain in a meaningful way I could immediately feel! And the price can't be beat, especially compared to these bozo ripoff and resort places. This is a gem of a spa on Hollywood beach. Super professional, clean, and regal. The owner Nadia is a wonderful person and very passionate about owning and operating this wonderful spa. You can tell. I come here every single time I’m in Hollywood beach for vacation (3/4 times per year) and I get a signature hammam with the massage. It’s incredible. What impresses me the most is that every single therapist I have encountered is highly skilled and professional. This truly is a gem. There is not better choice for a spa day in this area (and beyond).

I was dealing with left shoulder tendinitis for months. They did a great job teaching me the stretches and exercises to strengthen it.
The staff there went above and beyondI expectations. Jessica, the front desk person, always greeted me by name with a cheerful smile. Valerie, the manager; “D”, one of the therapists,l; and Alex, the head physical therapist all greeted me on my first day yeah and introduced themselves. They asked what I would like to be called and started the treatment sessions as friends leading me on a healing journey.Alex , who was my primary therapist, heated, massage,d and stretched my muscles. He extended my range of motion and guided me in exercises that relieved the pain from my auto accident. D was always able to step in if Alex wasn’t available and both of them provided such interesting conversation that I hardly felt the normal discomfort involved in physical therapy, and sessions there were more like visiting friends. Jessica always offered me a bottle of water afterward and even remembered that I liked it room temperature, not cold.Valerie was able to schedule any outside appointments I needed so that I was seen immediately and the results came within 24 hours. I felt that my care was their highest priority. I recommend them highly!
