So happy I found Dr Adams! I had unknowingly sprained a lumbar joint and had intense lower back pain that was affecting everything I did. Sitting was painful, standing was painful, any of the movements I normally did were painful. Even coughing and sneezing! On day three after the first visit I felt a significant reduction in pain and it's been getting better ever since. My advice to anyone is to stick to your homework and do the movements and stretches he assigns!
Dr. Will is the best. I always feel better when I leave. Not just for a few hours but noticeably better for days and weeks. He is prompt and effective in his practice. Absolutely recommend.
