Aliveness is a space to share without being judged. Where everything is allowed, where innovative techniques teach you to manage the emotions that control our lives on more than one occasion. They teach you to use and discover the resources that we have within each one of us that we do not even imagine exist. I recommend it 100%. The exercises they give you last forever. They make you stronger without losing your sensitivity. Thank you for existing and sharing your learnings.

The Workshop From Anxiety to Well-being: a fabulous experience! If you suffer from anxiety, I recommend it: we learned to recognize anxiety and what is behind it and they presented us with excellent tools to learn how to manage it. A thousand thanks to Debbie and Nora for creating this workshop!
