Excellent work. Mike and his team were amazing. They are real professionals. They showed up on time and made sure all the work was up to code. Dante was so deligent and detailed oriented. City inspection was a breeze. The office staff is always on top of everything especially Nicole and Shirley. They worked with the HOA to get all the necessary paperwork in order. Phone calls were returned promptly. I definitely recommend them and would use them again.

Modern Installation Solutions did a great job with my windows for my condo. They made it so easy from the permit process, installation and final walkthrough. The installers were on time, professional and respectful. I highly recommend this company to my friends and neighbors.

I contacted MIS on behalf of my in-laws who required new windows for the house they purchased earlier this year. Kim W responded right away, booked the appointment, arrived on-time and answered all their questions. She's been very attentive and keeps them in the loop on how the project is going. I'll follow up with an update once installation is complete, but wanted to recognize and celebrate quality customer service, which is quite rare these days.
