Amir is amazing. Just moved to Pompano Beach and the house had four layers of flooring stacked up from years of short cuts in a house built in the 1970s. The demo alone was a huge effort removing all flooring across the whole house (see pic). Installation of the new flooring was a big effort too due to the scale of the job and how uneven the concrete slab was from one side of the house to the other. Amir and his team did an absolutely amazing job. We've built and demo'd enough houses over the years with lots of experiences (good and bad) with contractors. This company SPF are true professionals, they done a spectacular job on my 10,000 square foot furniture warehouse floors that look amazing, I am truly a satisfied customer with the polished finished floors and even had to get them to do the epoxy floors at my house for my garage, (OUTSTANDING WORK) I get compliments all the time from customers and friends like WOW and I'm like I know right, they always ask me who did your floors, who did your floors and I am more than happy to refer them.

I waited for a couple months to pass before reviewing. I wanted to see what type of durability the process has. It is amazing! They were fast and professional. The floor has had no issues. I would recommend them for screened patios (like mine), garage floors, commercial floors, or anything you could want from epoxy. I am now thinking of how to change from pergo to this on the inside. Great job and tha k you for turning my patio nightmare into a work of beauty!!!!
