Diego is phenomenal! He helped me discover that the machine I originally ordered was out of stock, then helped me through the process of changing my order to a different model that only had one battery in stock, as well as a refund of the difference. Before that refund could go through, he called me and offered to send me a backup battery as well for the inconvenience, at no additional cost from what I already had paid. Seriously amazing top tier customer service & kindness from him. Highly recommend, 5/5 stars!! I ordered the derm shield from them and I was told 1 to 2 business will arrive and 5 days later hadn't received it because ups lost it. i sent an email and they responded back fast and sent a refund and said for the inconvenience I didn't have to ship products back either great customer service!
