While there were some issues with the front desk, the doctor ensured to correct any problems and take the time to address patient concerns. Overall, the office is known for its amazing professionalism and quality care.
I highly recommend this office. I have been a patient of Dr. Soffman for many years and I am very pleased with his service. I brought my teen son privately outside of his insurance because I trust the Doctor so much.
Been a patient for years but my last visit was the worst. Dr. Is still great but the front desk was terrible. I had a prescription issued but never received the call saying where the medication was coming from or receivedthe meds. I've left 6 messages requesting a call to get the prescription over a period of 3 weeks and no call back.Update - I visited the office in person to have my prescription submitted. The Dr. Was especially understanding and made sure to correct the issue.I appreciate him for taking the time.
Had an appointment here. The PA was incredibly professional and knowledgeable with one of the best bedside manners I’ve ever seen and I work in healthcare. If you’re local I highly suggest calling them. Amazing professionalism I’ve rarely seen in healthcare.
