As a result of this extended delay, our church has been unable to use our fellowship hall—a space that is essential to our ministry and operations. The hall typically generates $3,000–$5,000 in income during this period, all of which has now been lost due to the A/C outage. In addition to the financial impact, the inability to use this space has affected our congregation deeply. Members rely on the hall for repasts following funerals, and we have experienced two deaths within our church family during this time without being able to properly accommodate their families. Furthermore, our long-standing tradition of hosting a Thanksgiving dinner on the fourth Sunday of November—an event that spans more than a decade and serves both our members and those in need—has been jeopardized due to this unresolved issue. I was recently informed by Rocky that a rental part is available; however, I would be required to pay for the rental, despite the part in question being fully covered under warranty. I have the invoice documenting this offer. Given the circumstances and the loyalty our church has shown—having conducted approximately $15,000–$20,000 worth of business with AAA during my time as Pastor—I find this situation both disappointing and unprofessional. I am kindly requesting immediate assistance or an alternative solution while we wait for the warranty part from your partner manufacturer.
