Call answered within a few rings. They asked me for a pic of the door and the lock I wanted installed. Quoted me a price in 5 minutes. Tech Got to my house and installed my smart lock in about 30 min. Technician was very professional, gave me advice on how to use it, and clearly was well versed as he was able to do the whole thing without once glimpsing at the installation manual. New lock works better than our old one. Definitely will use this company again.
