“Mike and Noah were terrific. Mike took my call, had a pretty good idea of what my laptop issue was and was able to see me as soon as I could get there. Upon arrival Noah confirmed Mike's suspicions with analytic software, explained everything to me including the fix (replacing the original floppy drive with the latest technology solid state drive). They ordered the part for overnight delivery and Noah had my laptop purring like a kitten by 8:30 am the next day. My 8 yr old laptop runs faster and better than when it was new. “These guys are great. Very knowlegable, great communication throughout the process...and delivered om what they promised.

I took a custom rig I built a few months back to them when all of a sudden the bios wouldn't post.

I consider myself fairly knowledable with computers , and built this rig myself, after 2 days of troubleshooting, I decided I need a professional....and found Ray's online looking for reviews.

I brought it in on Monday of Christmas week and they were able to start working on it Tuesday before Christmas Eve, they had a solution for me, that Friday morning, less than 3 business days.
