My neighbor had highly recommended HT for any computer issues. I stopped in yesterday just to ask some questions to help me decide about getting a new tablet. Josh was very patient, answered all my questions After he was clear on what my needs were he offered a great price on a tablet that he had. Absolutely no pressure. Today I picked up my new tablet and he spent a great deal of time changing all my programs, pictures etc. over to the new tablet from my old one. Meanwhile answered all the questions I had and fixed all the issues I had. I would highly recommend Josh and HT Computers.😊

I built a machine for 3D animation and rendering and out of the blue (about 4 months later) doing a totally mundane task I received a blue screen of death. I tried literally everything I knew to get this thing to boot back up. It wouldn't even boot from a USB or a windows install disc. I was at a total loss of what to do. Enter HT Computers! These guys are awesome!! They tracked the problem down to be both the processor and motherboard which I never would have guessed. The problem probably stemmed from my inexperience in building machines. I thought I saved money by building the machine myself, but I ended up costing myself money. In the end, HT replaced the parts ( which was about the same cost as if I had gotten them myself) and rebuilt the whole machine correctly! The HT parts cost and labor cost was exceedingly reasonable as well. So there you have it. HT has extremely skilled Techs, comparable parts prices, and super low labor costs. They also diagnosed the problem free of charge. These guys are awesome and can't be beat. With this experience they now have a customer for life!! Thanks HT!!!!
I highly recommend this place; these guys are the best, with no BS.

He also removed the custom BIOS that the company had pre-installed, which kept the RAM locked at much lower speeds. Needless to say, my PC is performing significantly better than it ever has, thank you to Mike and Jack for helping me out. Will be back in the future for any… read full review
