We own and operate a multi-office CPA firm (with an international location) and were on our fifth IT company in 10 years...Each of the previous providers told us that our set up was very simple (all cloud-based applications and minimal hardware) and that the previous provider was somehow doing it wrong, yet we continuously struggled with our IT efficiency and functionality. The previous companies quickly became indifferent to these issues and their impact on our business, but lo and behold, when it came time to replace hardware, they could not get the proposal to us for signature fast enough.

We had a possible scam situation. These guys all jumped in to make sure we were secured. This is what I replied to them:

The Plexus team is outstanding. Everyone jumped in to make sure we were taken care of. I know John, Wes, Elijah and now finding out you too (Nils)~ all of you have our backs! Hard to find that kind of service these days and we definitely appreciate it!
