My computer had an issue where it wouldn't start Windows. I tried everything I could to fix it myself with no luck. I looked for a computer repair business and found First Call right in my neighborhood. I dropped it off and picked it up the next day. It's now better than new. I didn't lose any data and the price was reasonable. 5 star service for sure.

I highly recommend First Call Computer Service. I originally called Roger to install more RAM thinking it would help to run some newer software I had just installed but had been freezing and crashing my computer. I live less than 10 minutes down the road from this business and when I called , he said he was able to stop by later that day to look at my computer regarding installing the RAM. After checking out my computer and getting more info about the new software I was having trouble with, he showed me how some of the inner components of my computer had become obsolete so did not "technically" meet all of the minimum requirements listed on the new software to run...read full review

First Call is first rate. My desk top locked up. Roger was able to restore it to prime condition. He did a new windows down load and replaced a defective fan. Easy to talk to and fast service.
