What a blessing to find Roger with First Call. I researched to find anyone who would help me with replacing the top of my laptop as the hinge was compromised. Most wanted to charge me more than what the computer cost! Roger was very fair, extremely knowledgable and efficient. He certainly had my best interest at heart. My computer had an issue where it wouldn't start Windows. I tried everything I could to fix it myself with no luck. I looked for a computer repair business and found First Call right in my neighborhood. I dropped it off and picked it up the next day. It's now better than new. I didn't lose any data and the price was reasonable. 5 star service for sure.
