“Very professional from the time I walked in. I had a emergency my phone all of a sudden just up and stopped charging on a normal afternoon before work. really easy going and cool dude that was quickly able to hop into action and tell me what was going on. At first it it wasn’t looking promising voltage was jumping up and down and it’s a new 17 pro max brand new. Hopped right into it testing everything even opening up the phone which didn’t take long and before you know it as I was as about 40 minutes into my shift I got a phone drop off at my job with my phone back on! and a report that there was nothing wrong with it! There is a thing going around about defective iPhone 17s not powering on and I was temporarily a victim lol. But very honest didn’t charge me a thing to diagnose it and got me out of there quick! Will definitely recommend will definitely be back!“

“These guys are great. Very knowlegable, great communication throughout the process...and delivered om what they promised.

I took a custom rig I built a few months back to them when all of a sudden the bios wouldn't post.

I consider myself fairly knowledable with computers , and built this rig myself, after 2 days of troubleshooting, I decided I need a professional....and found Ray's online looking for reviews.

I brought it in on Monday of Christmas week and they were able to start working on it Tuesday before Christmas Eve, they had a solution for me, that Friday morning, less than 3 business days.

Patrick took all my information and explained to me the process setting expectations and Jamie leveraged his skills to bring my PC back to life. Jamie was very personable and explained everything to me fully.
