This is the third time we have called upon Tim to rescue us over the last several years. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and willing to take the time to explain the issues, how to avoid them and offer advice on any computer issue you can throw at him! Hope to not need him again but would vertainly call upon him if necessary! He resolved our known issues and more!

Highly recommend Tim for your computer needs. He is prompt, thorough and works for his client's best interest to keep programs and software from revealing personal information. He recommended a free virus protection software which I will install as soon as my paid one runs out. He suggested a good backup system, and explained the benefit clearly. He cleaned up the computer, fixed computer-printer connection issues and offered advice on buying the next PC. Thoroughly impressed with his work.
