“My HP laptop had a buzzing sound; called Max..possible issue with fan..he ordered new one..came in within 2 days, dropped my laptop off..he sent me a text 30 min later it was fixed..turns out a small piece of metal was in the fan..he didn't need to replace anything and only charged me his time. But he did notice my battery was starting to buldge and showed me a picture. I had him order a new battery. Max is awesome. I highly recommend him.“

“Rafe, from AAA Computer Doctor, is an exceptional person. My girlfriend’s MacBook of 4 years stopped working all of a sudden, and she took it to the Apple Store. They did their quick analysis and said she needed to buy a new one since her laptop is inexplicably dead. We took her laptop to Rafe for a second opinion. He took it apart and researched creative ways to try to bring her laptop back to life. Even though he was unsuccessful, he explained things with a lot more transparency, and we at least have peace of mind that we tried.
