Upon arrival Noah confirmed Mike's suspicions with analytic software, explained everything to me including the fix (replacing the original floppy drive with the latest technology solid state drive). They ordered the part for overnight delivery and Noah had my laptop purring like a kitten by 8:30 am the next day. My 8 yr old laptop runs faster and better than when it was new. I recommend highly.”
