After a year of frustration, Jamie got my wireless printer back up and running in minutes I wish I had called him sooner. Took a chance on using a business I didn’t know and he will be my go to computer guy from now on. Fair price, very polite and patient with a non computer customer. Thanks Jamie!

Very fair prices, quick turnaround time. I had an issue with my laptop fans. He ran me through some options and we ended up replacing them (I bought extra fans online and brought them in). He also installed some software to so I could monitor internal temp as well as showed me how to use it. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

My HP Laptop crashed. I searched for computer repair shops near me and Ray's popped up. I took it in and handed it over to Steve and Jamie in hopes that it could be saved along with all my data. I purchased a new HP Laptop in case this was not possible. Jamie was able to restore the old laptop with no loss of data. I asked if he could clone the new HP to be identical to the old HP and he did that, as well. In the process, he installed a solid state hard drive in the old laptop. I now have a new laptop that operates just like my old laptop but it is now updated with the latest operating system with a speedy solid state hard drive.
