I cannot express my gratitude to Jeff enough. My beloved dog of 10 years passed away recently. She had a seizure in my arms and died in my lap as I was rushing to the ER vet. I was grieving intensely afterward, and I remembered that I stored several gigabytes of pictures and videos of her on a backup hard drive. Unfortunately, I was getting errors and couldn't copy any of the files when I tried to retrieve them, which meant that the hard drive was failing. I gave the drive to Jeff, and he miraculously recovered hundreds of videos and photos, most of which I forgot that I had taken. Jeff did an exceptional job with our two computers. He was on time, got both systems running at their maximum capacity, and provided sound advice on the maintenance and operation of our systems.
